Does the pacific ocean not have salt in it?

If you instead meant the salt they use to melt snow then you mean you wouldn't buy a northern car, not an east coast car.

Quite a lot of the east coast never sees snow, and quite a lot of the northern US that does see snow isn't anywhere near the east coast... a car from Minnesota, thousands of miles from the east coast, is gonna be far more likely to rust than a car from Georgia which sits right on said coast.

I purchased a NJ car, and of course it's been through the salty winter roads. So it's got the salty coat all over the motor, exhaust, & undercarriage. But you know what, now that's it been in SC, the heat probably lossened everythign up cuz I've had zero issues with loosening or removing any bolts/nuts.

Lol.
Buy from Okla and you won't have to worry about sea salt or road salt. For that matter as dry as it's been, you might even find one that hasn't seen rain!

The Impala SS I had (with the >500hp 383) was from OK originally actually... and was in unbelievably good shape (and low miles).

3-4 years old cars has no problem with corrosion. If car is 10 years old i could understand.
Recently i checked my car on oil change when they lift it, it was clean no rust and no signs of any any damage from salt.
