Default 2007 is250 for 2006 is350?

Hey guys I just need some opinions about this.
So I have a 2007 is250 with 90,000kms on it obsidian black stock everything, overall mint condition, just did a maintenance and had rotors and brake pads replaced.

someone wants to trade me his is350 graphite grey 2006 with about 85,000kms with HKS Hi-Power Exhaust, exteriors decent, but the interiors pretty bad, lots of wrinkles, treaty poorly and smoked in, brakes and parking brake seem to have a little bit of problems too, tires only a year old.

He wants my car plus a bit of cash on top, do you think its a good deal?

on a side note: he wants to sell his car either way because he needs money.
If I just but his HKS Hi-Power exhaust how much money do you think I should pay if im trading him my stock exhaust at the same time?

Thanks!

A good interior and exterior detail can work wonders to bring it back to life. How has the maintenance been? Have the major things been done or neglected?

I agree! Smoke smell/damage is near impossible to get out!

If the interior needs work and the car has been smoked in, PASS!!!

Not really an upgrade if you ask me.

Agreed. Whoever smokes in their car I highly doubt they took good care of anything else.

alright thanks for the input guys! I'll probably just get his HKS exhaust checked out and trade his with mine with money ontop.

Do you guys think there would be any problems with a used exhaust? when I saw it today it sounded perfectly fine, didnt hear any drone noise, but it just looked like it needed a good thorough polish/cleaning
