Hey guys,

I just went thru the site looking up the service performed on my car. The last time I brought my car in was for a $40 oil change.

In the listing, it showed that they also did wheel alignment. I didn't ask for it, nor did I pay for it. Is the site entirely accurate? They also did a 25 point inspection.

Anyway, not going to complain if they did it for free. But I'm wondering if they do freebie things that I don't know about.

Errors creep in to the database. I once had the oil changed at 15,000 mi and it got keyed in at 150,000. They caught it at the next service but they did not/could not change the original error. They said they have to jump through hoops with Lexus Corp to change a data entry, Lexus doesn't like to correct errors (fear of fraud and lawsuits charging they are fiddling with odometer readings, so they let the error stay). If they didn't charge you for the alignment they didn't do it. Ignore it.

Probably just a mistake. Mine even has a bunch of useless entries like "LOANER CAR" and "CUSTOMER WAITING" in there I believe lol!
