where should I take my car too? The damn VSC check light still comes on. Could a dirty engine air filters cause the light to come on? I bought the car used and it came with the fujita short ram intake.

Move the "faulty" coilpacks around to cylinders that are fine. I would move #1 to #3, #3 to #1. #6 to #5, #5 to #6. If the CELs follow the coilpacks to cylinders #3 and #5, then whip out $100 for a couple of new coilpacks. And no it doesn't matter which cylinder a coilpack goes on; they are identical and perform the same on any cylinder on the motor.
If you have any further questions, you can PM me.

No where, assuming you have the ability to pop off the engine cover and move around a couple of coil packs. Of which you will only need a 10mm socket wrench. Here's a rough drawing of which cylinder is which :

my 350 did the same thing, i took it to the lexus dealership and was told there is a campaign for this on the is350. No im not mistaking it for the valve spring recall. i have had that recall done about a year and a half ago. About a year after the valve spring recall i noticed my car had a fluctuating idle and when it was bad it would say (check VSC), along with the trac off, and brake light being lit. So i took it back in, when i talked to the service manager he said that the 350 actually suffers from carbon build up like the 250 but not near as severe. He said the problem would slowly just get worse and worse and will eventually start giving my more trouble. my is350 had 55k on it when i took it in for the problem and they fixed it. i will get my invoice later to see what actual parts were replaced. when i first called service to describe the problem i asked to talk directly to the manager, this is when he told me he has started to see this complaint with the is350 and apparently lexus is supposed to release a recall for affected is350's. i guess we will see.

What did they tell you? For me, they now say I have a faulty brake relay. Have anyone heard of this? If so is there a part # for the relay and a DIY on it? The second time they said it was my battery and i got that replaced. Check VSC still comes on after a couple of days. Today was the third time and now they want 220 plus tax to replace the Brake relay.

It worked for me yesterday
The vsc light came up yesterday along with check engine and tracktion control and abs after I jump start a car with my car but did some research on google and did what they ask and cleaned the mass airflow sensor the car was still showing the lights after I restart the car the thing I did was to disconnect the battery from both poles for an hour and put it back on and start it up and nothing came back went and drove it and all the lights never came up again
