thanks for the great customer services from Sewell, a little story to share, two weeks ago I received the 2011 F-sport bumper from Sewell, when I ready to install, and spotted that the center lower bumper crack, I reported to Sewell right away, and got respond from them like 10 mins later about replacement, long story short after two weeks I just got my new bumper today, and this time they shipped my bumper in the big box, so hope nothing wrong with this one
