450 is too much! My guy here in FL 200 to repair that. Maybe because he does a lot more work for new car dealers. Maybe call around to used/new car dealers like lexus, Cadillac, carmax etc ask who they use. Whomever they hire will most likely do it for less and better job. Maybe you can tell the pdr guy you can meet him at one of these dealers when he has a few cars lined up if he can squeeze you in. Thats what I do!

I wouldn't go the PDR route since the dent extends to the edge of the trunk lid panel which will leave the "waves."
PDR would be appropriate for isolated dents that don't come into contact with other panels and edges.

Correct the waves are in the sheetmetal, but you can wet sand PDR repair to get rid of the tooling marks. I have done it several times and my buddy owns a well known PDR business. What you will be doing is flatting out the top waves marks. If done right you can almost have a perfect finish
