Dont have a manual btw

Engine oil and filter

Engine air filter

Ac filter

Anything else?

Lubricate propeller shaft?

If you stay up to date on all of your maintenance, it should be the same as whats needed every 15K.

I think you mentioned everything, not sure about the propeller shaft....

Check your tires to see if you need to rotate them if you have AWD

I"m assuming based on your sig you have a 350 if so then its just oil/filter change and AC filter. The rest is inspections. I would sign up at lexus.com in the owners section they have a nice maintenance schedule feature where you put in your miles and it tell you what needs to be done.
