I had a dealer install the new 2012 lights that I bought from Sewell on my 2006 IS. Sewell told me they would function just like the 2012 models. They said is was simple plug and play. WRONG. The problem is I want the LEDs on 100% of the time when in "auto" mode during the day. (In other words, I want the LEDs to function as my driving lights) Right now, in auto mode during the day, the yellowish driving lights are on and the LEDs are off. (In auto mode at night, everything is fine) What's the best way to fix this? I've seen in forums to have the dealer disable the yellowish driver lights and connect the LEDs to the ignition circuit, or fuel pump. Could someone give me a detailed, step-by-step way to do this?
Step 2 - Follow OP's instructions.
Step 3 - ????
Step 4 - Profit!!!
I've actually been looking for these exact instructions for the longest time after finding out about the Sewell coupon. Ordering a set tonight! This should be stickied somewhere.

And i confirm for 50 brightness at night would be nice and look gorgeous than 100 brightness at night

Does this only work with the sewell lights? I just bought the 2012 headlights stripped on ebay with original wiring. I want the Led's to be on 100% as drl and 50% with the headlights on. Will i have to do any other wiring besides this to make them work?

If you repin them like the sewells lights then you can follow the instructions in this thread. I repinned my non-sewells light and it worked exactly like sewells light. Here is the link to how you need to repin your harnesses:

Thanks Sean. That's exactly what i needed to know. I'll probably just repin both harnesses and then follow these instructions because i have no idea which wire is the parking light. Do you have yours wired for 100% or did you install the relay?
