I'm found this car through google under cargurus. Can someone tell me if I need to buy a used lexus at Lexus dealership for peace of mind. Is this car okay. What should I check if I want to buy this car ? It seem like very good deal. Carfax said one owner and nothing else describe. Thank so much.

But seriously, I would go to Lexus driver website (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Lexus+driver&l=1) and register there and put in the VIN to see if the car has maintenance done, and what the in service date is. The car might still be under the 4 year factory warranty, so you don't have to buy it from a Lexus dealer and worry about things breaking (make sure you check for things that not cover by warranty like scratches or tires or something), and you can buy an extended warranty later.

+ 1 on what nosurprise said about checking out the history on the car. Otherwise take a good look over it and a good long test drive. For more peace of mind take it to a trusted mechanic and have them take a look at it. most will do this for about $100 or less if you are friends with one.

I know im on 2is forum but i posted on es i only got 1 reply. Thanks everybody still care for me. I m checking this car for my sister anyway. Actually im looking forward to upgrade my slow 250 to the fast 3rd gen. I have been holding on for so long. Please forgive me on wrong forum!!!! Sound like i have to do a lot of checking before getting this car.
