the picture doesn't really show what is bent, one is just a cover, and underneath it all, who knows, You are in Ontario, near GTA, if so, there are lot of Lexus specialized independant mechanics you can take it to for a look.
Sam's on Laidlaw in Markham
Bullock, just down the road from Sam's
That I know of, off the top of my head, without doing any searches. Whatever is bent will need replacing anyway, so you will end taking it to a shop.

Here is a part diagram, match up the parts and look up the online vendor where I linked the diagram from.

here is a picture of the left hand side so you guys can see the difference. look at the same part that i circled in red and compare it to this side. you will see that it is bent. its a metal piece and its rusted.

So i drove the car and everything seems fine. My mechanic came be and looked at it and he said it nothing related to suspension and its not important at all. I'm not sure what to do now he said i should take my car to him and he will straighten the piece but i dont have to worry about it

It's more complicated than that. You may not notice rear tracking issues driving the car. If the upper or lower support is bent, you can never straighten it completely. Your best bet is to have the cross member inspected and the supports replaced. The supports are cheap, it's just the labor. Beside, if you hit the curb hard enough to bend that, your rear alignment will be off already. Go get it fixed right and be safe rather than take a chance and risk tire wear issues or worse a slippery condition accident in the winter because the car doesn't track straight from front to back, which can impact traction control and VDIM (stability control) functions.
