How do you separate door panels (or tighten them)?
My drivers side door has some play (gap) near the bottom of the door and i feel that it is causing alot of rattles, does anyone know how to get rid of that rattle or to separate the plastic from the door to get to the door screws or clips?

If there is a gap, one of your clips is likely broken or missing. You should be able to pull it apart far enough to see (with a flashlight). To remove the panel, you pop the little plastic plate behind the interior door handle pull. Pull it and you will see a small slot that you can fit a small screwdriver into. Once removed, you will see the bolt that is there (remove it). Very gently lift up on the edge of your power window switch and door lock panel. Once removed, you will see a screw/bolt behind it. Remove that and then you should be set. I start at the bottom, and pull the panel sharply away from the door. Do this in small areas at a time, not trying to remove the whole panel in one yank..... When you have the lower portion of the panel pulled away, you will lift up on it to free in from the guide at the top where the window is. Be mindful that you will need to unplug your window switches, the tweeter, the courtesy light at the bottom and disconnect the cable going to the door handle. Hope this helps.... There are several write ups here with pictures. Search stereo/speaker installation.
