Finding an IS350 with Mark Levinson
Am I missing something? I have been looking for a used 2010+ IS350 with Mark Levinson. I have looked at many ads over the past few months and have yet to find an IS350 with ML. Is this a really rare option nowadays, or do people not know they have it? I have been looking at photos of the CD slot looking for the ML emblem. Did they remove the ML emblem in later years? I have it on my 2008 IS350 so I'm looking for the same thing.

It's rare because the IS does not come standard with ML. The only way to obtain one is to either special order one new, or the the original owner had special ordered it.
In Canada it is slightly a different story because I know the IS350 AWD comes with ML as part of Luxury with Navigation Package. Also interestingly, the IS250 in China (no 350 there) comes with ML!

I know it's a bit off topic, but you've made me pretty curious. Do you mind me asking why you're replacing your 2008 IS with the same car 2+ years newer?
And yeah, I think the ML option was one of the most rarely selected options for the IS. That's what I remember several salesmen telling me when I bought my 2007, and I doubt it changed by 2010+.

Thanks for the other replies, I had no idea how rare it is. I love the ML in my current IS350 so I think I will miss it if my next IS doesn't have it. Now I know when I find it I need to grab it.

There is a very nice IS350C @ Lexus of Stevens Creek in Santa Clara CA. Black with every option possible (non-fsport)
http://www.lexusstevenscreek.com/Veh...-CA/1788129853
They also have an LFA if you are looking for a little more performance

Hate if you wish, but I don't believe that the ML is that much better anyway. It may be better than the stock audio, but still not a quality audio system. Buy the car you want, then go with an OE integration install. I have done it, as have many others here. Factory audio is not necessarily the "premium" audio that they advertise it to be. Seriously.....

Not interested in a convertible, and for that price I'd just order a new 2012.
I know I could probably do better with an aftermarket system but I don't trust any of the audio shops that I know around me and I like the integration of the factory stuff. Haven't had any problems with my sub...

First off, IS350's are rare as it is, approximately 10% of all IS's are 350s. So now you have to take that 10% and figure maybe 50% of those (probably on the high range for an estimate) have ML optioned. That leaves you with only 5% (high range) of all IS's being optioned the way you want. That being said, take your time and expand your search range. It may be worth it to drive a few hundred miles to find the one you want. IMO, ML is worth it just for the fact that you can play DVD's on it (and yes, the audio quality is much improved over the stock system.)

I bought my IS350 new, ML, NAV, fully loaded minus the radar cruise from Woodfield Lexus. I called em up one day and asked if they had a loaded IS350 with ML and NAV they had 4 of them available my Tungsten Pearl just came off the truck and they were prepping it for the showroom. Since we purchased there before I asked him to lock the car once its on the floor and i'll be in 2 days to buy it. my awesome sales guy did and the rest is history, problems and all haha.

I'll definitely take my time and wait for the right deal.
It seems though that I have seen at least 20 (2010+) IS350's (Non-C) in ads and NONE of them had ML...

Check closer. Some sellers don't even realize they have it. If you see a pic of the dash, look for the Mark Levinson wording on the lower audio controls.
