Default need HID bulb replacement recommendation

One of my headlights is out. Sewell price is $175 each. Are there any aftermarket ones that are recommended?

If your came stock with HIDs yes those will work. You may get better pricing if you look in the vendor section

You can get Philips Ultinon 6000K from CL forum vendors Nigel-JDMParts or XenonDepot.

The factory bulb is not 6000K. It's about 4300K .

I would be cautious of Amazon since some of the vendors sell fakes, especially when it comes to the Ultinon line. The XenEco, not as much.

I would still recommend the two CL forum vendors to be the safest and reliable.

Most likely that was a knock off brand claiming to be Phillips. I believe those bulbs retail for about $200 because they come straight from Japan. Someone correct me if Im wrong

Most likely counterfeit. Ultinon sell for almost $230-240+ a set and the XenEco is about $79 per bulb.

OEM HID bulbs are 4100K Philips D4S 42V 35W XenEco bulbs.

The best bang for your buck is Garax bulbs IMO.

They could have been, they were identical to the ones that I pulled out of the car though. Then again it's getting easier and easier to make fakes identical to the original. It also said the seller was Amazon.com not one of the vendors, so who knows.
