Default How do i view the time until Oil Change??

I did an oil change on my '07 IS350 several months back, and i didn't put a sticker in it because it has the reminder light that pops up, and I reset the reminder light when I did the oil change. Now several thousand miles later, it FEELS to me like it should be time for an oil change (i don't remember what mileage i did it at), and I can't find in my manual how to view how many miles i have left until my next oil change. Does anyone know how to do this?

did you reset the nav oil maintenance as well? that should show you how many miles are left till 5k. what I do is use my other trip meter and reset that after my oil changes. trip A is for each gas tank, trip B for oil changes. just an idea.

mine doesn't have navigation, so the only reminder i have is the little indicator that pops up on the cluster, and I did reset that one.

I may try using the trip computer idea in the future, but i'm hoping someone will have an answer for my immediate need.

Hmm... not sure we can do that on a non-nav.

I usually go by the Maintenance Light and then reset it after I do my oil change...

I have a non-nav too. There's no way to view how many miles you have left unfortunately. About 500 miles before you should start getting the "oil maint required soon" light at startup (which goes away) and at 5k intervals you get the "oil maint required" warning that doesn't go away unless you reset it. That's it.

What I do is reset the Trip B mileage when an oil change is done. That way I know exactly how many miles i've driven since the last oil change.

I just change mine every 5k miles. This way if I am at 64k miles, I know I have 1k miles left.

I use trip A as distance between a full tank and trip B for between oil change.

That doesn't really tell you anything about how long its been since you've done an oil change....unless you've really been putting it off and your oil just looks terrible.
