Depends on how you drive your car 
if you drive a bit aggressive, canyon driving , spirit driving then changed between 5k to 10k. For me is around 8k is all good. 10k to 15k then u got to changed the oil filter and pour in some new oil to compensate the lost oil. Search around and u would see Lobxuracer did a complete written.

I changed last oil mobile 1 0w-30 at 11k 6 month period. 1 track day and spirited mountain driving. UOA says oil still had life. I read from one of the guru's here that oem oil filter loses efficiency after 7500k. So 7-10k under 6 month period on oem filter is ideal.
