Anyone running 45 series tires

Wanting to run a taller tires on my is 250 rear wheel drive,mainly to improve the ride.
I know it will effect my speedo, was wondering about tire / fender clearance.

wanting to run 45 series tires

the wheels are the five spoke lexus 18" wheel that comes on 2011 is 250, not sure how wide the wheels are.Tires are 225 front and 255 rear
