I noticed there was moisture in headlight on the bad light. Does it mean my ballast is burnt? The light occasionally comes on.

Hi,

I would suggest swapping your bulbs left to right to see if you can isolate the culprit.

I swapped the bulbs no change on bad side

i think i might need new driverside headlights because the moisture in my headlight might have heated up when the lights were on causing it to expand and cracking my headlight somewhere. the moisture also might have damaged the ballast. any experts out there?
