I know that the factory wheels for the is250 rwd is 18x8 +45mm in the front and 18x8.5 +50mm in the rear, please correct me if im wrong. The question is when I get new wheel do i have get some with these exact measurements?

no you do not, the lower the offset the more they will stick out. the higher the offset the more they will tuck in. If you go with a wider wheel for the rear, say a 9.5 wide, your wheel will stick out even further with the same offset. i have 18X8 in the front and 18X9.5 in the rear with a 38 offset and it looks good. Sticks out past the fender just a hair. which is what i like. hope this helps.
