Yeah I am calling the adjuster here shortly, from what I see they are trying their best to be as cheap as possible which is non-sense. That 8600.00 doesn't even include the rental car that I am driving for 2 weeks. I will try to force it that I was the rims replaced. I live in metro-plex area.

Damage to my vehicle on the same side by a drunk driver when my car was parked. I'm still waiting on the collision shop estimate. Damage is from bumper to bumper, including both back rims.

At first glance it doesn't look too bad but without a really good close inspection from a body shop you're not going to know. There can be damage in the sub frame, etc. Anything can be fixed but it comes down to is it worth it. On the bright side you might get a decent settlement and buy a nice used IS350.
