I have 07 IS250 RWD (57k miles) and I get this rattle noise around 2k - 2.5k rpm. I only get it when accelerating from a complete stop and when I turn. I just replaced both front rotors and pads and I also replaced the driver side wheel hub.
Here is a recording of the noise.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

No speakers here at work to listen to the vid, but I'll throw out a couple of thoughts. Perhaps the brake disk shield got adjusted during the hub/rotor install? Only other thing I can think of is some sort of heat shield for the exhaust rattling at a certain harmonic frequency. Happened to me on my '95 Civic. The heat shield above the cat rattled at a certain rpm...so it got tossed. ![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
