Hello,
I have a 2009 IS250 and I had installed Sirius satellite radio interface and sharkfin adapter to work with the SAT button on the stock radio. It was working great until today. Today when I turned my car on SAT was already on from last drive- yet nothing. The display reads -LOADING-
The problem is nothing happens; I tried turning the radio on and off, turning the vehicle on and off and still no music and -LOADING-
Has anyone else experienced this and any solutions?
Thanks in advance,
Chris

The first thing to do when your XM radio dies is to do a refresh.
https://care.siriusxm.com/retailrefresh_view.action
Have the car outside. Type in your radio number listed on channel Zero
Give it a couple minutes.
Still doesnt work. Call XM.

Stupid question but has the credit card that the subscription is applied to changed? Month/year new CC number? That happened to me last year as my card was stolen and cancelled it with a new card number and sirius automatically renews and i forgot to call them with the new one and just cancelled it as i wasnt using it much anyway.

Thanks for the advice. My CC info is correct. I call Sirius and spoke to their support- they sent out a new signal. It worked on Saturday, yet sporadic today. I think a visit to the installer is required
