Default Rear Sunshade Help

I did a search and didn't come up with anything. For those of you with the rear sunshade (and use it) have any of you had issues where it would not go down, or only go down 10% when going into reverse?

Before I take a trip to the dealer i wanted to get some feedback from some fellow CL'ers.

it was a common problem on the 3GS, its usually the arms that get stuck and yes the dealer tries to replace the whole thing which is pricey.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm OK with them replacing it as I have the Extended warranty just wanted to get a little info before I went in there and they tried to pull a stealership on me.
