I think your best bet would be to save up and get a full respray (to make sure all the panels match), the get a clear bra put on the prevent more chips.

Or get some touch up paint, fill in any chips, never notice unless you're inspecting your car at a distance under 3 ft, and forget about it because you'll just get more.
Rock chips suck, but there is really nothing you can do. Even with a clear bra, you'll still get them on your bumper and front lip, side view mirrors, A pillars, and wheel wells.
Try out Dr. Color Chip. I was seriously thinking about buying a new hood to replace my current one because of all the rock chips on there from the previous owner. After using the touch-up paint from there, I no longer have to go that route.

Really depends on the extent of damage..but 'regular' rock chips are easily repaired by 'The Doctor'. I speak from personal experience. The 'spots' are still there..but your really have to look to find them.
The rock chips are so minor but theres like 4 of them 2 on each side. Cant even see them from far.
Its like a tiny dent that someone did with a needle. not deep either
