Driver side HID turns on then shuts off?

Driver side HID turns on then shuts off?
Based off what you've encountered or seen on the forums, do you think this is a bulb or ballast problem?
My driver side turns on whenever I turn on the car, then after a few minutes, it'll shut off. If I turn off the headlights and turn them back on, it'll go back on for another minute then shut off again. Any idea?

I've had this happen to the driver side (warranty covered) and passenger side (bought the OEM bulb for $70)
