Default Wheel resurfacing

I'm looking to resurface 2 wheels that I have, but I'd like to know if this minor dent can possibly be removed. If anyone knows about this, your advice/suggestions would be great. Thanks

The damaged part is call "rim jacket". It's actually a separate part from the main construction of the wheel. More like a "Clip-On". You can replace this jacket. But it has to be performed by a good wheel shop.

to the Vossen's. Take it to a reputable wheel shop, and they should be able to take care of you.
