you should also change both bulbs at the same time or else they won't be the same color. HIDs change color overtime so even if you get the exact same type of bulb it won't match.

you make good point. my other light hasn't been done in over 3 years anyway. cancelled the philips and went with the 6000k Garax pair

He went with Garax!! The lumen's output on them isn't comparable to Philips which has the best lumens output for the color; it does cost more, but it'll be safer since you can actually see more with the higher lumens output.
