Correct, also for those of you that don't know the techs get paid a set amount of hours depending on the job. Lets say I would take in my car for a Clutch replacement and Lexus has set the pay rate for this at 4 hours. The tech can then bust his @$$ and get it done in two hour but he would still be paid the set rate of 4 hours. This also would apply in reverse if the tech took 5 hours to repeat he would only be paid for 4.

aka its called flat rate/payed per job
