Or has another brand pop up to take over the market for D4S bulbs. I want great visibility and a while with maybe a hint of blue. Please LMK
I would recommend taking a look at the D4S Philips X-treme Vision gen2 HID bulbs which are rated at 5000K and the D4S Philips Ultinon HID bulbs which are rated at 6000K. Of the two, the X-treme Vision gen 2 would be the brightest option you can get.

Do the philips 6k have any blue in them, reading the 5k philips shine a bit yellow and the 6k are pure white when 6k should be a hint of blue

OEM bulbs tend to be more... warm compared to aftermarket parts, but I would say their color accurately represents what they advertise. You can't really complain about the color when you first get them, you need to put 30 or so hours on them before judging their color. My Osram CBI's (the 5k version from back in 2016) started off a tad bit yellow, and after putting 30-50 hours on them, they were pretty much that pure white color. I see they're advertised as up to 6k now though, so I can't really comment on the latest version. I had the same experience with Philips bulbs though, always need to put on hours before judging their color.

Philips accurately rates their HID bulbs so yes you will notice some yellow in a 5000K bulb as you won't get a pure white color until you go above 5500K. As for the 6000K, you will notice some hint of blue once they color shirt/settle in.

Here is the D4S Philips X-treme Vision gen2 HID bulbs in action on a Grand Cherokee (Keep in mind the projector lens of the vehicle can affect the color as well and as @Zmon said you will need to let the HID bulbs settle in which can take about 100 hours of usage):
