I did it myself. It's not pretty hard, you just need to be careful. I was able to change 4 of them without taking off intake manifold though.

Just changed mine in the 350 in an hour over the weekend. Spent the $70 on the plugs from Sewell. I understand the 250 is definitely more difficult, but I'd say that offer is still too much for me.

If you're still covered, ask for a carbon build up diagnosis and after the top engine clean tell them it's still happening and they'll replace the spark plugs and a lot of other stuff including pistons I believe. I was kind of lucky that my car still had the issue even after the top engine clean lol. All free under warranty.

had it done once. Not sure what they did but they did not replace the pistons... Besides, they would not do the TSB since the check engine light is not on and the car is not running rough. As it is, I had to fight them to do the TSB on the start up rattle (see my thread on this).

I'm pretty sure they did, or at least they wrote on my report that they did.

I have a car that has 110k on it, and another with 103k on it. Never changed the plugs... still runs like a champ!

This is just too easy of a DIY job to pay somebody else that kind of money to do. Even removing the intake is not that big of a deal.
