2008 is250 STAINS ON CONSOLE! HELP!!

I JUST BOUGHT A 2008 IS250 AND MY CENTER CONSOLE/RADIO HAS A BUNCH OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE STAINED LIQUID SPOTS! IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET RID OF THIS??? PLEASE HELP!!

Have you tried using any sort of interior cleaner on it so far...?

snap a pic of it! But at times cleaner wax does the trick.
