Default What is this Wire in the engine bay?

What is this Wire in the engine bay? I am trying to install a tower bar and just checking to see if its safe to disconnect this wire.

I wouldn't disconnect it permanently, its there for a reason. why not try and relocate?

Pretty sure its for the electric power steering rack... I wouldnt run the car with it disconnected, or it'll probably set a bunch of codes, and the p/s wont work Otherwise, its safe to disconnect while off, and reconnect before restarting.

disconnect at own risk, but if the steering doesn't re-act how you want..please take a vid of the outcome....lol yea it has something to do with the PS and i think the rack n pinion or whatever Lexus political correct name is....Hense leave it connected when driving

lol seriously, just don't turn the car on while you disconnect it. Do it, put your strut bar on, reconnect and enjoy.

You should be able to manuever the wiring around the strut bar.
