Got a few pics from my friend Schema.
I know its not the super slammed look that many go for but I think it still looks pretty good overall.
The wheels and tires filled up the spaces really well.
We clearanced the rear fenders and did some clearancing in the front as much as we could as well.
I only rub up front on those good deep dips or harsh bumps. Rears have no issues really unless we load the car down with four adults.

Yea not alot will like a stock height stock suspension ISX50 on 20's
I think it looks good though. It wont get dropped anytime soon if at all as the wife wouldnt want it to ride that low and with the roads and her thats not a good combo.
Only reason I see coilovers would be to stiffen up the front if the rubbing still is existent on alot of bumps.
So just will have to judge that down the road...then work on getting it passed with the wife LOL.
If I get bored of the wheels though, might go ahead and color match the centers SGM as well.

Fronts are 245/35/20
Rears are 275/30/20
I hate stretching tires so had to get something to actually get used up by the width of the wheels.
Only thing I will try next time is a 245/30/20 up front next time.

I see. I got Falken FK452 tires 245/30/20 275/30/20 for my set up. I'm only dropped 1.25 its pretty conservative imo. My car is daily driven so I didn't wanna go too low as well and not be able to get around. A conservative drop wouldn't kill ya. Do it
