Default Check VSC, Check Engine, Traction Off lights

Hey Lexus lovers, could you please give me some advice?

I have a 2007 IS250 AWD with almost 140K miles. Few weeks ago Check VSC, Check Engine, Traction Off lights came on. I had those lights came up before long time ago, so as the simple fix, I had bought new OEM gas tank cap and filled up full tank. All “Christmas lights” went off in a day. When 1/3 of the gas left, all the lights came up again. After filling up the tank, in few hours the problem went away again. So, It looks like this is the trend and the cap is not the problem.

Does anybody have similar problem?
Thank you in advance for all of suggestions.

I am having that issue right now as well... I just picked up a 2006 IS350 with 115,000Km (canadian car). Filled up the tank for the first time, after several blocks, christmas lights went on.

Been reading up all the threads about this, tightening the gas cap, reset battery. It went away temporarily after I did those steps but after a day or two it came back on again. The car drives fine and nothing feels out of place in terms of performance so I don't it is engine related and hoping its only the gas cap since it is know to trigger it.

Also I don't get the vapor sound when I open the gas cap so I am sure it is something to do with it.

I am thinking to pick up a new OEM gas cap but you said you did the same thing and still went off.

Today I had driven to Autozone and read error codes. ODBII reader came out with P0420, catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1.

Does it somehow related to the carbon build up TSB issue?

I throw the P0420 code with no primary cats because my headers. Your cats may be bad?
