The unibody did its job, and well might I add. The cabin area is pretty much intact. Only that slight wrinkle in the drivers side C-pillar shows any "problematic" area for the cabin's overall safety.
And I have to agree with KillaIS250, I'm guessing either the car was parked and turned off OR there was no front passengar and the driver's airbag was removed?

BTW, purchase it back from insurance and sell it for parts!

Two things :
1) What, if anything, can Club Lexus do for you/her family right now? Anything at all?
2) I hate to ask, but was her death ultimately caused by the lack of airbags deploying in the Lexus? Or has that info been brought to your attention?
