Definitely wait man, I bought my 2012 IS in june and got that 1000$ college grad discount, I don't think they will remove that deal anytime soon so don't be pressured to buy the car so soon. You should go with the F-SPORT package haha

Bro either wait til 2014 (i personally dont like the 2014 model looks) or get a 350. My buddy bought an IS250 and a month later was like I need to do some mods to get more hp. Told him there was basically nothing he could do and he was pretty upset to say the least. Spend a few grand more and get an IS350 you wont regret it at all. The extra 100 hp is awesome, plus you can beat just about any car on the road besides the occasional super mustang or vette.

Ohh the amount of false in that statement. I love the 350 just as much as the next person, but an array of cars will **** on it stock for stock or mod for mod such as... 370, G37 coupe, Evo, STi, Camaro SS, Mustang GT, E46 M3, etc etc.

^Is350 isn't even in the same class as M3. That's like an ISF vs M3. FWIW, the 350 can own "most" cars on the road.

Don't talk about stuff that you dont know anything about. I have ran against a 2012 370z, STi, 2006
Stang GT, AND a 2010 Camaro SS. I beat the 370 from a dig up to 90mph when we both stopped but got beat on a roll only after we broke 105ish. The Mustang GT never stood a chance from either a dig or roll. I didnt know the STi driver but it was DEAD even from a 40 roll. I didn't know the SS driver but the Camaro SS from a dig to 80 got beat by a small amount. 350z's any year get beat on by our car even if they have full bolt ons. The HR 350z with full bolt ons is a lot closer and maybe even a loss depending on the driver. My buddy has a fully bolted 2003 and my gf has an HR Z with an exhaust. my other buddy has an S2000 with I/E and gets totally whooped on. My buddys 328i gets murdered by our car. stage 2 VW Jetta gets beat. My other buddys VW GTI stage 2 gets beat every time. 2010 accord v6 coupe gets beat, same with his g35 coupe.

I say hold off for the 3IS as well. You'll either absolutely love the 3IS and be one of the first to get into one, or if you don't like it, you can get into a 2IS for a considerable amount of money less by that time
