Default Blown Footwell Light

The LED footwell light on the driver's side of my 2008 IS250 has blown out. I've read a few threads on this site about replacing the OEM footwell lights with strip lighting. I don't really want to do that, I just want to replace the blown light.

It is as simple as taking the old one to an auto parts store, finding a match, and popping in a new one, or do I need to get the whole assembly from Lexus?

Thanks!

check sylvania to determine the bulb type:

http://www.sylvania.com/en-us/applic...s/lrgmain.aspx

Then go online and buy that bulb for cheap

It's a standard wedge type bulb. Get an SMD LED bulb in whatever color you want and swap..
