It affected the ISX50 so I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

I dont like my Lexus cuz there is lack of aftermarket parts wont make for this car... IT is bored and no fun to pay to play.. I would buy older Lexus instead of new Lexus...

Do we get some sort of payout also?

Surprised this thread isn't getting much traffic when our car were affected by the recall

We will be getting only $37 - $125 depending on the state. Knowing how stupid CA is, we will probably be the $37 category.

Was hoping to get a little more. This can barely cover oil filter and oil And the class action lawyer is in Hawaii sipping mai tai's

Or instead of the cash, you can get a brake override system or something. Who needs something to slow engine power down?!?!?!? I want more power not less

If I read it correctly, you need to have SOLD, TRADED IN, did an EARLY LEASE RETURN or TOTALED your IS between 9/1/2009 and 12/31/2010. Because of the drama about unintended acceleration going on at that time, the value of your car would have been reduced, and the settlement will now compensate you for that.

Simply owning or buying an IS during that period does not make you eligible.

Also, because the 2IS was already recalled to have the Brake Override System installed, you will not be eligible for the $37-$125 settlement, even if you refuse to have the system installed. This part of the settlement is basically only for vehicles where the BOS is not available at all.
