Default Ebay parts?

Well from past experience (friends) ebay parts was bad but how about items for our IS's...cause im tempting to order some stuff but this kid keeps scaring the crap about me wasting money... Oh yeah not big parts but like roof spolier, rear spoiler, couple interiors led's, etc small products. should I trust my instinct and just order'em or buy'em from a real supplyer which cost 2X as much?....anyone?

Quote: parts was for Honda and Acura

define 'ebay' parts. ebay is not a brand. ebay sells both reputable and ****ty brands.
if you stick with good brands, you should be good.

Tips when buying from ebay:
1. choose top rated seller's
2. top rated seller's means they actually sell and deliver what they advertise.
3. Read every detail about the products they advertise before confirming an order.

The replica roof spoiler and replica trunk spoiler aren't bad from eBay. There's a seller a lot of members here have brought theirs from (OEM.Thing) without many complaints. There's a huge thread on the eBay roof spoilers if you search. As far as LED's go, I would say buy from a company like VLED's or iJDMtoy because the quality & brightness of their LED's is usually much better then the no-name ones from sellers on eBay.

Same goes for HIDs. A lot of companies sell really cheap "no name" HID kits that low quality

All Ebay is, is a place for sellers to come together to sell things. You can't blanket everything as an "ebay part" and judge everything at one time. Ijdmtoy, Sewell Lexus and many other vendors all sell parts on Ebay as well as on their own site.

Judge individual sellers, not the entire website. Use your brain.

I know what you mean about eBay parts. Some lip kits and teunk spoilers that are replica parts don't fit well.
