New Tires - Help!

I agree, I bought these and they were absolutely amazing for all-season. I also bought a set of Yokohama Envigors for my other car and they were pretty good too, a little loud but more expensive. Purchased both through discount tire.

The OP asked us for CHEAP tire recommendations.
Looks like I'll be the only one delivering: Nexen CP 672. It has a 70,000 mile warranty.
Order from tires-easy.com: http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.p...ort=P&dsco=135
$138 for the back, and $104 for the front (per tire)
It's not necessary to have a $300 tires.

+ 10.
Unfortunately the name brands get to many people, a quick search will yield that almost all tires come from the same places. Branded differently. Every tire maker has a set of regulations and test their tires must meet or exceed in. If not they will never make it to the racks.
Achillies, Nankang, Kuhmo, Federals, Generals.. all great tires if you do some research.
The main differences will be duration of tires, compound, sidewalls, and noise levels.
Good luck OP

Look into Achilles ATR sport tires.
I read alot of really good reviews on them so I used my girlfriend's TC as a guinea pig and put them on her car lol. The ride is really good for the price and road noise is non existent.
edit: just realize this is my first post and I realized it's about a product.
I'm not a bot, I swear!

I'm also here in NJ still on stock wheels. Tires were definitely the biggest improvement. I've got the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. They're pricey but they're great. It's even better in the rain. Still have yet to see how well they do in the snow. We haven't exactly gotten a ton of it in the NYC area just yet. My friend has Continental DWS on his Subaru and says they're awesome and they're quite a bit less than the Michelin's

I got 27,000 miles out of those on my 250 AWD. Costco ended up prorating the treadwear warranty. Good luck getting 40,000 mi on a 350 with those.
