you see my entire LX mode is black with chrome surround. That's why I left the chrome surround to match the rest of the chrome accents and LX Mode chrome door handles and wheel lips. I'd say since you have the grille surround black, paint just the center of the LX Mode black and leave the surround of it chrome. Below you can see to compare. Either way I like our cars..they both look clean and black is the sickest!
