Do it outside at a reputable shop if can't DIY!
Not sure how prices are in US but here in Canada a regular oil change service is $100+ after taxes, and every other change they push you to do the maintenance package which range from $200-500 (note this is regular oil)
Now I buy oem filter (roughly $10), GOOD oil (roughly $65 for 7L...Eneos Synthetic), and pay $20 for labour at a good shop
So end up paying less than 100 for better oil that also can last longer

65+10+20 = 95
LEXUS Dtown does it for around that price and its synthetic
I get mobil synthetic for 49$ ,oil filter and gasket 10$ then DIY with a couple of beers lol

lexus downtown lol
i live beside lexus rhill...and both the shop i go to and the place i buy oil from are within 5min driving distance from my house....and i get to use Eneos
and i get to watch him do it
diy is too much work for me, and simply don't have time for that
and definitely not driving all the way dt to let a dealer technician touch the car without my supervision lol

mobil 1 goes on sale all the time, but i prefer eneos for this car
