Default Getting no audio signal from amp installed in is250

hi,

I am installing an amp in my 2007 Lexus IS250 and having some issues with receiving audio signals.

i was under the the impression that i can take an audio signal from the rear subwoofer, but noticed the subwoofer is installed upside down, i dont see where to connect my LOC on to sub woofer.

i decided to take audio signal from stock amp instead. After my couple of days of research i got to know that i can tap into brown and light green wire to get audio signal.

i have tapped Brown and Light green wire in second harness, and unfortunately i am not getting
any audio signal when i connect my amp to subwoofers.

Can somebody please help me with getting audio signal from stock amp.

Does somebody has a wiring diagram for the stock amp.

Any kind of help is appreciated

Brown and light green are correct for the second connector (P28). It is the ten pin connector and brown is in the top right and light green is in the bottom right. If these are what you are tapping, you may have another issue. Did you check all of your connections on your amp and at your LOC?

I have tested my amp and subs are working fine as i checked that by using aux - rc cable to test the subs and amp if amp receives the signal. it does look like everything is good. My only concerns is for some reason its not getting audio signal from stock amp.

DO you know if we have to power the LOC or not?

coz one side of LOC has input 4 wires and other side has rc cable female jacks, alongwith three other wires:
1- 12v Battery (Red)
2- Ground (Black)
3- Remote (Blue)

according to my understanding i dont think i should be touching these wires.

My input side of LOC has four wires out of which i tapped wires on stock with Brown and Light Green.

i heard the stock sub is dual coil, does it mean i have to do some more connection to LOC in order to get audio signals!!!

PM replied. You need to run power, remote power and ground to your LOC.
