Picking up A Escort Passport 9500ix this weekend.

All in all, it will cost me about $290 instead of the $500 because i have $210 in Best Buy Reward Zone Points.

I think that's a awesome deal, i really wanted the Valentine 1 and still couldn't figure out which to get but Since i can get a awesome deal on the 9500ix, I will def be getting it!

Anyone have any tips or suggestions, Please feel free to leave them below!

nice pick bro I have one 9500IX too and love it, it less false alert than V1 I personally don't like the radar mount on the rear view mirror due to it weight of the radar and make the mirror more shake when I play music loud ( I had one, and took it off) I came up with the ebay one mount on the windshield and mount behind the rear view mirror, so cops from behind can't see it

the one I bought on ebay like $15 shipped? sound like high for just a little plate to mount the radar, but this one is hold the radar stronger than rear view mirror mount I had before

Might want to research to see if your state still uses RADAR or if they've switched over to LIDAR (laser). If they are using laser, your passport is only useful for mobile radar units built in the police cruiser, otherwise useless for speed traps. Here in Canada, most of the provinces and the RCMP are using LIDAR.

but i hope it's worth the $500 that i am still spending.. It's either the radar or Beats By Dre, Studio headphones.

Yea, i ment $210 in best buy rewardzone certificates.. my bad. Have you seen it anywhere else for cheaper then $5500 i have searched quite a bit but i hvent seen it less then $500 anywhere..!

Escort makes great detectors, you will be happy, I have the ESCORT SRX, which is great because it is concealed!
