Default New Trim

I finally had enough.. I bought this car because I had a newborn baby coming soon (came from the Ford Mustang family) and didn't feel I had a whole lot of time to be picky. What I wound up with was a Matador Red IS350 with a tan interior.. OK fine.. but the light wood trim bothered me immediately. So, after months of being bothered, today I finally did something about it! What do ya think?

The older wood trim is too red, and this is too light.

I think you meant dark.. and that's OK... I prefer the contrast.

^ Oops what I meant was the 2006ish wood trim was too red. And the one you had was too light.

Congrats on your new trim btw.

Thanks! I sorta miss the 'premium' black plastic around the switches but this just had to be done!

OMG..... the wood trim looks terrible. New trims made a big difference, nice move.

Wanna buy it? Lol. All I've gotta do is package it up.

Is it the picture? because I have an 06 with red wood trim and it looks no where as light as this. I would have gotten rid of it too if it looked like that

I definitely could have taken a better pic, but that pic accurately represents the way the fake wood used to look. There is a darker version of this wood that I have seen on a lot of tan interior IS cars, which might just be what you have... I could have lived with that.. but not this!
