Default just replaced battery on my 2IS, anything else needs to be done?

in my previous BMW, i had to reset the battery monitor, so it charges the new battery properly. does our 2IS need to do that?

I changed mine during my last service, I didn't have to do anything, all seems to be fine, but I'd like to hear others incase I missed something.

I think you also need to change the region on Navigation if yours is Nav equipped. Mine always default back to east coast after disconnecting battery.

If they don't roll down from the drivers side door then you'll need to roll down each one from each individual door.

of course in a BMW you need a special tool to reset a oil warning light when you change your oil..

Dealer replaced my battery a few months ago..whatever 'had to be done' was done...no window, radio, seat, etc issues...
