Lexus tech welcome in please!
hello follow Lexus owners. I am a certified Lexus tech here in Atlanta Georgia. I hope to provide the adequate information and care needed in this community. I feel that communication, customer service quality, and information is Key in a car community. I decided to join after I came across this forum and witnessed a poor customer service incident, where the member did not receive the proper service campaign on his vehicle due to poor communication. people may feel that Lexus information is detail and secretive I feel otherwise that every customer deserve to know any and every piece of detail about a vehicle. I already know that Lexus techs do exist on this Forum but there are not enough for them to cover every concern and adding 1 will not hurt. I feel every question for every different car is the same to any and every tech. feel free to use me and to accept any information that I can provide me and may it be helpful or not.

Well then I've got a quick question for you then.
I picked up a 250 and after week I noticed that the outside window seal (black and chrome piece, bottom of window) on the drivers door doesn't stay on and keep migrating up the window. Looked at a pic of the car sitting on the lot prior to me buying it and it was the same way. Chances I get it the dealership to buy me a new one or fix it?
considering its certified preowned and the warrenty info says it does not cover exterior trim & moulding
