I Also say get the house first

But with 15k I can imagine it would be possible to pick up a used is250. I have seen a few go for that much before. With the 3is coming out, use prices will drop even lower

I'm going to agree with savers too.. Of course youre not going to like the accord cause you JUST started driving it.. You'll eventually force yourself to get use to the accord and slowly move away the car addiction bug until youre ready again. Be patient and it'll be rewarding in the future.

I honestly agree with saving up the money, just because it's the better and safest route. Although, if I was in a position like you and I hate the car THAT bad, I'd get a G35. =)

sounds like you are a conservative person and knows how to manage money. you should save the money to build up the porfolio and get something nicer than what u listed (or equivalent).

If I'm dropping around that much money it will be a CTS-V, nothing against the ISF (my boss has one and it is great), but that V......wowza.

This should read "sounds like your fiance is a conservative person and knows how to force you to manage your money."

I can be great with money, it just takes that little reminder here and there to keep me on track, or before you know it I'm in Vegas for the weekend.

I think the Accord will be okay once I don't have to deal with snow/ice, just coming of the IS2's traction systems and AWD this car feels like :

It's funny, when I had my Accord with good all season tires, I got around fine in the snow and ice and thought nothing of it. As soon as I had my first winter with the AWD IS and winter tires, I smacked myself for not going with AWD (and winter tires especially) sooner

The worst part of selling the IS, was I did it in the AM at work so had to figure out how to get home... there was a train option, bus, call a friend, or rent a car...

Train and bus were out instantly since I had this in my pocket:

If you have the money for an S4 I'd say get a 335 or an M3. BMW is a better car than Audi.

Personally, I'd go for one of these:

M3
ISF
BRZ/FRS
Shelby GT500.

These are really the most fun for the buck. BRZ is my personal favorite and I would probably pick it over a shelby, call me crazy but I love the 50/50 weight distribution and its power delivery to the wheels and how controllable it is
