Default IS 250 with AWD Purchase

I am unfamiliar with Lexus.
I know they are good and reliable.
I want to know if i should stick with 1st or 2nd generation
Things i want in a used IS are
AWD. heated and cooled seats, xenon lights, backup camera and good blue tooth connectivity.
Sunroof would be welcome (and light interior.

Does power matter much or just the features? Sounds like the later and if so a 250 AWd should do great. I don't know if a the features are included with nav but all that sounds reasonable to me.

Note the 350 AWD (more power) is only available starting 2011.

Back up camera and BT = must get nav on this car.

Note that the seats are not "cooled"; they are ventilated. I thought it was a great feature when I bought the car, but it's over-hyped. I think most 2nd Gen IS's in the NE will have this feature, but if I were you, I would not make this feature a "must".

On some newer models, not sure what year but probably starting 2011, you can have Bluetooth without nav. I have this.

You can do ok in winter without AWD but you'll want a good set of all seasons.

I wanted an IS350 AWD w/ NAV for awhile recently, and COULD NOT find one used. That is the car I would suggest for everyday driving/inclement weather safety. AWD is awesome. Good luck finding a good deal on one. Certified pre-owned isn't bad, just pricey imo
