oh really.... sucks for them. that does not apply here in GA. You actually have to run the red to get caught. anyway, why would you guys want to be running red lights. you're only endangering yourself and others

Same goes for Newark, CA. My friend was issued a $200+ camera citation for this: Right turn on an intersection with a red-light. She made a dead-stop on the stoplight before turning, for about 10 seconds. A few weeks later, she received a nasty surprise in the mail stating that she ran a red-light. After asking some local cops, they said the vehicle have to wait "at least" 30 seconds still before turning even when there is no incoming traffic, or else it is considered to be a red-light violation.
