My first set of HIDs came from CA but I think now they ship them from China because all of my friends who have ordered from them lately said thats where it came from. As for warranty, the process takes a long time so its up to you. So your probably better off buying a new set somewhere else than deal with the hassle. I've heard the warranty exchange can take up from 2-3 weeks.

I recently bought 3k fogs without hearing all the nah sayers. They work fine & were the right color, not much else to say.

I will be buying Xenondepot's though for my lows. An iffy product is fine for fogs that aren't entirely necessary but I'm getting the quality for my low beams

FWIW, I popped in the set of DDM tuning 6000k low beams when I got them just until my Xenon Depot set came in. Anyone that says they "look great" hasn't compared them to anything else.

These things were straight BLUE and so dim that I couldn't see crap at night without having my fogs on. Seriously. Totally unsafe.

DO NOT under ANY circumstances run their inferior D4S bulbs. Complete junk. If you want to try and save a buck with their fogs, then go for it. But.. I still say that anyone that does and thinks they have something great hasn't compared it side by side to a quality product that's true to temp. YMMV.

If they're blue they probably sent you a 8k or 10k bulb. Tends to happen since I hear they keep all their bulbs on the same shelf without labels....

I currently have their 6000k lo beam bulbs. I can't really say I know what you're talking about because my lights are bright and is barely blue at all.

ddm ftl its one of those hit or miss's some ppl have really good experiences and some bad like me, I hate ddm...cheap, garbage ballasts...take forever to warm up...only positive thing i can say is that they work perfect in fogs but even now one is brighter then the other. Friend of mine was joking on me the other day with his stock acura TL hes like damn your headlights still warming up??? I'm already ready to go haha my next hid kit will be the morimoto HID kit from retrofit source if not denso slim ballasts with morimoto bulbs.
